The Role

This role is responsible for acting as the Port Hedland Leisure’s first point of contact. This includes responding appropriately by providing information and direction to the general public, receiving all cash, preparation and processing all receipts and ensuring security of Council’s monies. You will also be assisting the facilities business unit in promoting, coordination and conducting leisure services.


Work Related Requirements

The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

  • Experience in customer services role and dealing with difficult customers
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • National Police Clearance
  • Current ‘C’ class drivers license
  • Rights to work in Australia
