The Role

As the Administration Officer, you will be responsible to provide efficient and confidential administrative services to the Director and Directorate employees across the Regulatory Services business units including processing of items of a confidential/sensitive nature for all officers, as well as minute taking and related administrative support to meetings, working groups and related forums as required.

This is a role for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, driven personality with high levels of initiative. Suitable for someone who is determined to succeed and lives and breathes a strong ethos for team work.


Work Related Requirements

The preferred applicant will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol assessment to be considered for the role, as well as possess:

  • Minimum Cert III in Business Administration or relevant area
  • Previous experience working in an administrative role
  • National Police Clearance
  • Current ‘C’ class drivers license
  • Rights to work in Australia
