Safety, education, environment and community cohesiveness have been endorsed as the Town of Port Hedland’s key priorities for the next decade at an Ordinary Council Meeting held Wednesday 23 May 2018.

The document is the result of extensive community consultation, carried out between October-December 2017, which resulted in more than 5 800 direct community interactions.

The Strategic Community Plan 2018-2028 will help inform the Town’s long-term financial planning and define clear priorities and processes.
