The Town of Port Hedland wishes to advise that Gratwick Aquatic Centre will close for the 2017/18 season from Monday 30 April.
During this time, the Town will be conducting scheduled maintenance and working on a number of upgrades to the Centre.
Works will include the repair of leaks to both the main pool and the dive pool, pressure testing of pipes and the replacement of grout in the joints of the main pool.
The last day of operation is Sunday 29 April. The Centre is scheduled to open in November for the 2018/19 summer season.
South Hedland Aquatic Centre will remain open during winter months. Opening hours can be found at http://www.porthedlandleisure.com.au/South-Hedland-Aquatic.aspx
