Port Hedland’s Own Named Runners Up in the WA Ranger Awards

The Town of Port Hedland Ranger Services Team has been named Runners Up in the 2017 Ranger Team of the Year Award, with Ranger Jack Krisanski also named Runner-Up in the individual 2017 Ranger of the Year Award.

These annual WA - wide awards recognise deeds and achievements by Local Government Rangers that are over and above the call of duty.

Town of Port Hedland Mayor Camilo Blanco said that it is a great honour for both Jack and the whole Ranger Services Team to have won these awards.

“The Town of Port Hedland Ranger Services Team deal with extremely difficult situations on a daily basis, and it’s fantastic to see their hard work being recognised,” Mayor Blanco said.

“Congratulations to Ranger Jack Krisanski in particular, who is consistently a standout member of the Ranger Services Team.”

“We are extremely proud of our Ranger team, for their outstanding teamwork, and the work they carry out for our community”.
