2008 Hedland Arts Awards
The majesty, diversity and resilience of the Pilbara Region will be captured and hung on the walls of the recently renovated Port Hedland Courthouse Gallery in Port Hedland this spring for the Hedland Art Awards. The awards attract a range of artists from throughout the region and beyond, who continue to be inspired by the beauty and fragility of this eclectic region, which has risen from the ravages of Cyclone George earlier last year. Awards will be announced at a Gala function on Saturday 6th September 2008
